Berg Pocket-Sized Printer: The Twice Daily News Paper
Another novel invention to add to the list of upcoming technology is the pocket-sized printer from Berg. Set to be released sometime in 2012, the unique little printing device will be the newest way to keep up with social feeds, daily reports and top headlines twice per day. Created by a London design Studio, Berg, the cute box-shaped printer can be programmed from an accompanying Android or iPhone application, with backup services from Berg Cloud. The device can be powered from any wireless connection and is available to print whatever content sources a user desires up to two times a day.
The friendly little printer will come ready to print out your favorite, or most frequented, online content on paper that resembles small strips of newspaper.
No longer than 10 inches in length, the Berg pocket-sized printer will keep you updated on what you need to know, the two times you choose to know it every day. As one of the first products set to be released from the family of Berg Cloud products, the printer will also allow friends to send messages to one another’s printer through information configured from their personal phone.
This device is expected to be a rather exciting product in the technology market, seeing as how the Internet, and other forms of mobile media and such, is pulling people further and further away from traditional print media. Now, people have a reason to pick up a small paper twice a day and complete their favorite crossword puzzle, catch up on daily horoscopes, track the weather, and read up on whatever other bite-size information they wish to stay current to.
